Japanese Foreign Minister Hayashi Yoshimasa will attend, from August 25 to 29, in the TICAD8 summit, as the Japanese Prime Minister was prevented from making the trip after he tested positive for coronavirus.
The Minister will meet with representatives of Tunisia, as well as certain heads of African states or governments.
