Japan prime minister Fumio Kishida may not participate in the Tokyo Conference for African Development (TICAD 8), which will take place in Tunis on August 27-28.

The Japanese Prime Minister had tested positive for Coronavirus. He is in quarantine within his official residence.

Kishida, who has just returned from a weeklong vacation, will work from his residence from Monday and will join the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) online, Japanese media reported.
