Speaking at a press conference, Ahmed Nejib Chebbi said that measures taken since July 25 by the President of the Republic Kais Saied have brought nothing new. “On the opposite, they have aggravated the crisis,” he said, calling these measures illegitimate. He has, in the same sense, indicated that he is not beginning a war of legitimacy. “We want to ensure the return to democracy and constitutional legitimacy,” adds Chebbi.
