The Tunis Court of First Instance decided, this Monday, December 20, 2021, to delay, for the second time, the examination of the case brought against Seifeddine Makhlouf.
The examination of the case will consequently take place on the 31st of the current month because Makhlouf once again declined to leave the prison to appear before the Tribunal.
