Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Secretary-General of the Democratic Current recalled that several opposition parties were stopped from taking part in the December 17, 2021 protests at Habib Bourguiba Avenue.
Chaouachi said that following this grave overrun, it was decided to run a series of consultations with national parties whose anticipated objective is to strengthen the force of the democratic collective.
