Tunisia-Kairouan: A soldier dies of the Coronavirus

A 51-year-old soldier affected by Coronavirus died on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at the military hospital in Tunis, said Kairouan regional health director Hamdi Hadhri.

Originally from Chebika (Kairouan governorate), the victim, who suffered from a chronic illness, was admitted to the Aghlabid regional hospital last Sunday, then transferred to the military hospital (Tunis), after his condition deteriorated.

A list of people who came into contact with this soldier was established in the Chebika region, according to Mosaique FM.
