A philosophy teacher who serves at the secondary school in Oueslatia (Kairouan governorate) set himself on fire yesterday, June 2, in his home in downtown Kairouan.
The professor was transported to the Aghlabite Regional Hospital, however health workers were unable to save him.
According to preliminary data, the victim committed suicide following family conflicts which prompted him to end his life.
