A striking teacher who partook this Monday morning in the sit-in at the headquarters of the Regional Directorate of Education in Kairouan, told Tunisie Numérique’s correspondent in Kairouan, that during the clashes that took place this morning, between the substitute teachers and too many police reinforcements, three teachers were apprehended and four others injured and hospitalized.
The UGTT regional office denounced the violence of the repression of the teachers’ sit-in.
