The Ministry of Education revealed that the wages of teachers and substitute assistant teachers will be increased by 250 dinars from 1,500 dinars to 1,250 dinars, beginning from September 2023, when they were 1,250 dinars per month.
The minister was speaking during his hearing by the Education, Training and Scientific Research Committee of the House of People’s Representatives .
