Kais Gammoudi, member of the Defense Committee of the former head of the presidential Cabinet Ms Nadia Akacha, talked on a private radio station, about the complaint she filed with the prosecutor’s office at the Court of First Instance of Tunis regarding the leaked audio recordings attributed to her. He likewise confirmed the individual examination of each recording, indicating that Nadia Akacha recently received threats, just after the publication of these audiotapes.
Adding that the test procedures are carried out in a technical way and that the presence of the person concerned, currently abroad, is not required. “Is there a danger to her life? That’s the question asked because I was notified that she had received threats… From a legal point of view, she is not obliged to appear.. and if the defence sees the significance of her presence, it will be so…”, he specified.
