Tunisia – Kamel Feki visits Qatar

Interior Minister Kamel Feki, accompanied by a group of senior officials from the ministry, paid a visit to Qatar today, Wednesday, to take part in the graduation ceremony of the sixth class of students at the Police Academy.

On this occasion, a meeting happened between the minister and his Qatari counterpart, Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, during which the cooperative relations between the two brotherly countries, the programs of interest common in the areas of security and the means to support and develop them were examined.

The Minister of the Interior and the accompanying delegation then visited the security command centre of the Qatar 2023 Asian Cup of Nations, to discuss the progress of the work, the security plans developed and the coordination and communication mechanism between the different security forces, military, and civilian agencies aimed at guaranteeing the safety and security of the participants in the Asian Championship.
