The regional director of Health in Kasserine Abdelghani Chaâbani told Tunisie Numérique that 7 cases of Covid were recently registered.
He added that 50 cases of bronchiolitis were admitted to the regional hospital, revealing that the epidemiological situation in the region is marked by an increase in the number of infections connected to seasonal flu.
As such, he called on the elderly to be vaccinated while calling on families to apply the required precautionary measures to protect their children.
