The Attorney General at the Tunis Court of Appeal sent a notification to the Bar Association regarding the opening of criminal proceedings against attorney Sonia Dahmani; and referred it to the investigating judge at the Court of first instance of Tunis for facts criminalized by law.
The public prosecutor did not specify in his notification the nature of the crimes or the legal texts applicable to them.
