Tunisia-LTDH: No one is above the law including magistrates

The Tunisian League for Human Rights (LTDH) announced in a statement that no one is above the law and the critics, including the magistrates.

It likewise said that it has no lessons to learn from anyone, particularly those implicated of passing unfair penalties against young people in the mining area.

Note that the league has chosen to react to the charges against the Attorney General at the Gafsa Court of Appeal who charged the wife of an arrested individual, emphasising at the same time that legal proceedings will be launched against this magistrate.
