A 61-year-old man from Manouba has passed away after contracting coronavirus at Abderrahmen Mami hospital in Ariana, reports the TAP agency.
The patient, a retired banker, tested positive for the virus -19 on March 29. He was brought to the intensive care unit after the deterioration of his health state.
The patient als infected his 28-year old son who has been placed under mandatory quarantine in Monastir. His health state is stable.
