The incidence rate of Covid-19 in Medenine continues to grow to reach 31.2%.
According to Tunisie Numérique’s reporter, the number of patients admitted to public and private hospitals has duplicated in recent days.
The director of the Covid-19 department at the CHU Habib Bourguiba in Medenine, Dr Zouhair Yahyaoui revealed that all the resuscitation and oxygen beds are already occupied, stating that the majority of the deceased are non-vaccinated. The speaker also cited the lack of equipment and the lack of human resources which are among the main present problems.
