The Minister of Health, Faouzi Mehdi, went this Saturday, July 3, 2021, to Tunis-Carthage international airport to supervise the reception of a shipment of medical equipment.

The shipments are large quantities of rapid tests and RT PCR tests. These tests are a donation from Germany and the Republic of Korea to assist Tunisia’s efforts to combat the coronavirus.

The transportation of this medical equipment was given by the World Food Program as part of the support of the efforts of African countries in the fight against the pandemic in coordination with the African Center for the Prevention and Control of Diseases (CDC-Afrique ).
