Tunisia – Ministerial Council deliberates on a number of draft presidential decrees

The President of the Republic Kais Saied supervised today, Saturday, April 9, 2022, the work of the Ministerial Council at Carthage Palace, during which the following decrees were examined:
 
  • Draft decree setting FIDA Foundation to aid soldiers, internal security forces and customs officers, victims of terrorist attacks, as well as the wounded of the revolution and the families of martyrs.
  • Draft decree ratifying the special deal relating to the hydrocarbon research and prospecting permit, known as the Bir Abdallah permit and its annexes.
  • Draft decree ratifying the special agreement relating to the hydrocarbon exploration and prospecting permit, known as the Jebil permit and its annexes.
  • Draft decree amending law n° 1971-22 of May 25, 1971 regulating the profession of commercial advertising agent.
  • Draft presidential decree-law establishing the Military University Hospital of Sfax as a public health establishment, setting administrative and financial organization, and ratifying its organization chart.
  • Draft presidential decree-law relating to the creation of the Higher Council for Social Development and its concerns, composition and working methods.
  • Draft presidential decree-law settling the organizational structure of the Société de Transport des Hydrocarbures Par Pipelines-SOTRAPIL.
  • Draft presidential decree-law modifying and supplementing decree n° 2000-1386 of June 20, 2000, fixing the requirements for the allocation of posts and ranks and the discharge of these in the Tunisian Company of Electricity and Gas-STEG.
  • Draft presidential decree-law setting the requirements for the allocation and exemption of positions at the National Agency for Energy Management.
  • Draft presidential decree-law establishing the administrative and monetary organization and operating procedures of the Center for Studies and Research in Telecommunications.
  • Draft presidential decree-law ratifying the conclusive reports of the commission for the inquiry and identification of state lands in the governorate of Tunis (delegations of Kram, Sijoumi and Medina).
