The sub-directorate of Economic and Financial Investigation of the Judicial Police is committed to conducting out a probe into fraud and infringement of trust in the branch of a banking company in the governorate Bizerte.
In a statement, the Interior Ministry reported that after careful inquiries, it was discovered that one of the banking executives within the agency in question had seized the money of one of the clients, valued at 4,500 dinars as well as 74 thousand dinars from the agency’s cash machine.
The same source indicates that the individual was detained and placed in custody under the instructions of the public prosecutor and the investigations are proceeding.
