The Ministry of Commerce reported that 3,801 economic inspection visits were carried out on the second day of Ramadan during which 621 violations were registered.
The same source announced, in an official press release, that multiple products were seized including 20 tonnes of fruits and vegetables, 500 kg of subsidized sugar, 12 tonnes of flour and more than 280 litres of milk.
