The Procurator-General’ in the court of appeal in Nabeul ordered the opening of an investigation after a citizen was jailed for more than one month without legal authorization, Shems FM reported.
Grombalia Court of First Instance spokesman Mohammed Mansour that the investigating judge was commissioned with the case, the latter listened to three security frameworks as witnesses, while the inquiry is still continuing.
The case is about a Tunisian national from Hammamet who filed a case for his detention for more than a month without legal authorization.
