Tunisia-Neji Jmal:Need to set up Constitutional Court is the subject of consensus

In a statement to Tunisie Numérique, Ennahdha MP Neji Jmal stressed that most parliamentary blocs agree on the need to vote in favour of organic bill n ° 39//2018 and supplementing organic law n ° 50/2015 of December 3, 2015, on the Constitutional Court.

He announced that a meeting between heads of parliamentary blocs will take place today before going to vote.

Concerning the motivation of the referral made by the President of the Republic, the MP evoked that the establishment of the new Judiciary Council likewise took place 6 months after the deadlines given for by the Constitution, considering that it is a purely political argument.
