Qalb Tounes MP Jawher Mghirbi praised the strong presence of women in the new government. Evoking that this is Kais Saied’s 3rd government, Mghirbi stated that the new government team has been designated in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 117 by which the is head of State principally responsible in the country.
Mghirbi told Tunisie Numérique that the current government was established outside the framework of the Constitution in the hope that its founding will resolve the political, economic and social crisis. “We could have supported the new government if it was named within a constitutional framework,” he said, adding that all new decisions can be appealed to the administrative court.
The politician consequently pointed out the lack of a strategic vision for the economic and financial sectors directed at reassuring Tunisians and Tunisia’s friends abroad. “The situation remains unclear,” according to him.
