Tunisia-Nour Belkhiria wins best-supporting actress award at Canadian Screen Awards

Tunisian-Canadian actress Nour Belkhiria was named best supporting actress in the Canadian Screen Awards. An award she obtained for her role as Ismène Hipponome in the film Antigone by Quebec screenwriter, director and director of photography, Sophie Deraspe.

Antigone won the Best Canadian Feature Film at last year’s Toronto Film Festival on its way to becoming Canada’s official submission in the 2020 International Feature Film race.
