Tunisia- Noureddine Bhiri : All Legal requirements to dissolve the PDL have been met

President of the Ennahdha bloc Noureddine Bhiri said that Unfortunately for Abir Moussi ‘s party she had given all requirements to dissolve her party by refusing to acknowledge the constitution, refuse to subject to the law, inciting hatred and fighting between Tunisians, and denial of the principles of the revolution, in addition to distinguishing between Tunisians.

In his response to her accusation for Rached Ghannouchi, of forging his signature on a deposited statement to form a party in 2011, Bhiri exclaimed: “She was not present at the time and she was running away and hiding and had buried her head underground and had lost her sight. She fell into the abyss by violating party law, by committing crimes that fall under the anti-terrorism law. ”
