UGTT, secretary general Noureddine Tabboubi, was the victim of a malaise, having required his hospitalization, this Monday, at the military hospital of Tunis.
He has, according to sources within the trade union centre, entrusted his powers to the deputy general secretary, Farouk Ayari.
