UGTT Noureddine Taboubi yesterday welcomed an IFM delegation in the presence of the leaders of the UGTT including Anouar Ben Gaddour, Taher Barbari and Hedia Arfaoui. According to Echaab News, the meeting concentrated on the socio-economic situation in Tunisia, the reform program and the role of the UGTT in the current situation confronting the country.
The leaders of the UGTT, during the same meeting, revealed that a profound and responsible dialogue constitutes the only solution permitting the development of a 100% Tunisian reform program. They also highlighted the necessity to preserve the purchasing power of workers and respect the credibility of the negotiations calling for the relaunch of dialogue. According to the same source, trade unionists have called for lifting the veil on the real program of the Bouden government.
