Tunisia-Oxygen shortage – Air bridge between Kuwait and Tunisia

The Presidency of the Republic declared today the establishment of an air bridge between Kuwait and Tunisia. It will enable the delivery of oxygen from Monday, July 19, 2021, because of the shortage observed in the country.
The Head of State Kaïs Saïed had a telephone conversation this Sunday with the Emir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah. On this occasion, the President of the Republic felicitated the Emir of the State of Kuwait on his return to the country in good health. They likewise exchanged Eid al-Adha greetings. In addition, the Head of State expressed his gratitude to the State of Kuwait, leadership and people for its support to Tunisia in its battle against the Covid-19 pandemic.
 Cited in a press release from the Presidency of the Republic, the Emir of Kuwait reaffirmed his country’s readiness to proceed to support Tunisia and to stand by its side.
