Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi welcomed US Ambassador Donald Blome at Kabah governmental palace.
The PM underscored on this occasion the American support towards Tunisia, emphasising the significance of the partnership and cooperation relationship between the two friendly nations and their common desire to strengthen them further in different fields.
On his part, Mr Bloom stated that the US government is granting its full support to the Tunisian people to assist them cope with economic, social and security difficulties and to better navigate this transitional period.
