Tunisia-Popular current expresses “rejection of any external interference in national affairs”

The popular current has voiced its rejection of any external interference in Tunisian national affairs, after the party followed the escalation of such interference since July 25, 2021, the date of the announcement of exceptional measures by the president of the Republic.

The party affirmed its “categorical rejection of any external interference and the intensification of external pressures due to the tough financial situation of our country”, referring to what it called the escalation of calls to external interference by multiple political components linked to networks of interest and centres of power at home which fear losing their privileges and forces of hegemony abroad which aim to maintain the interests of their agents to Continue plunging the Tunisian people (…) ”.

The popular current talked of what it called “the fate of the countries and the peoples who have been victims of traitors who were brought by colonialism to Iraq, Libya and others under false slogans pledging democracy and Freedom, which ended in civil wars, chaos, division and the return of direct colonialism ”adds the same source.
