The Nabeul Court of Appeal delayed today Monday, until February 19, 2024, the hearing on the case of the former president of the Court of Cassation, Taïeb Rached, after the filing of an appeal against the initial judgment handed down by the Grombalia Magistrate’s Court, which condemned him to two years and 3 months in prison.
The accused is being prosecuted for seizing property by force and entering a place without the will of its proprietor, according to what was confirmed by the official spokesperson for the Nabeul Court of Appeal, Makram Ben Mna.
