In a telephone call to the President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron , President Kais Siaed addressed the situation regarding the spread of the Coronavirus.
At the opening of the discussion, the two presidents reciprocated expressions of solidarity and synergy between the two nations, wishing each party to overcome this global pandemic. Taken Measures in Tunisia to battle the pandemic was also addressed in the conversation.
On the other hand, President Kais Saied emphasised that previous traditional approaches in fighting the pandemic are no longer feasible, he mentioned, in particular, the project that Tunisia is preparing to submit to the UN Security Council on Monday so that the devices at the global level will be constant, as today war is the first of its kind, a one correlated to all humanity, reads a statement issued by the presidency.
The two Presidents forwarded their sincere will to cooperate and collaborate to eradicate this pandemic.
