Tunisia-President Kais Saied confirms Tunisia’s position on the Palestinian cause at UN General Assembly today

President of the Republic, Kais Saied, delivered a speech at the high-level meeting to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the United Nations.”

In his speech, he said, “The United Nation must more be united on the basis of new set values as humanity has entered a new era and international relationship cannot be ruled by the same principles as those of the last century and the one before”.

The head of the state continued by expressing” its time to reflect together on the future of all humanity and to lift the injustices on every human being wherever they are around the world. Unfortunately, still many rights have not found their way to practice mainly the right of the Palestinian people to their land and many more rights have yet not found their way toward embodiment”.

‘Today the world needs nations to be united as stipulated by the charter of this organization , the years and decades ahead will undoubtedly see a lot of changes and certainly the UN with its various structures and institutions will rise up to this historical occasion and create a new history for humankind” he added
