Tunisia-President Kais Saied talks with Algerian counterpart

President of the Republic Kais Saied, on Monday, held a phone conversation with his Algerian counterpart Abdelmadjid Tebboune during which they examined bilateral relations generally and the situation in Libya particularly.
Mr Tebboune welcomed the intra-Libyan talks that will be held under the auspices of the United Nations, which will take place at the beginning of next November in Tunisia, stressing that Algeria always stands by Tunisia.

The President of the Republic declared his gratitude for the Algerian position and his appreciation for its steadfast stances, emphasising that coordination with the Algerian brothers is one of the foundations of Tunisian diplomacy.
They also discussed the visit of President Tebboune to Tunisia after the completion of the new Algerian constitution, following the referendum that will be held early next November.
