Leader of the democratic bloc in the House of people representatives Mohamed Ammar announced that president of the republic Kais Saied to set to address the nation after approving the 2021 state budget.
Speaking to Jawhara FM, the MP said that the head of the state was furious at shifting the parliament into an arena of physical and verbal violaence.
