President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed underscored the necessity for all school textbooks to be available in a timely manner, in the quantities required and at prices that take into account the financial situation of citizens.
During his visit this Thursday to the National Pedagogical Center of Montfleury, Kaïs Saïed revealed that Education is a right and that the State must ensure it in reality and in practice.
The head of the state stressed that the State will not abandon public institutions such as education, health, transport and many others, because these are human rights that are stipulated in the Constitution of July 25, 2022.
The President of the Republic called for efforts to provide school supplies and subsidized notebooks in order to avoid a crisis, urging on the need to improve the quality of books.
