The General Federation of Basic Education has called for affirming the semester system by blending the remaining two terms for this school year.
In a statement released this Sunday, January 10, 2021, the federation additionally called for an examination of the group education system and more solid organization of subjects, teaching time and program content.
It also called on the Ministry of Education to consider covid-19 as an occupational disease and those who have died from the virus as martyrs of duty.
The Federation reemphasised its call to halt classes in the event of non-compliance with the health protocol until the analyzes are carried out free of charge and the essential measures are taken.
