The Professional Group of Modern Bakeries has reported the resumption of its sit-ins from August 21st.
According to the Groupement, this decision was taken due to the non-satisfaction by the supervisory ministry of its request made on August 7 and relating to permitting modern bakeries to stock up on flour and semolina.
The Professional Group of Modern Bakeries has announced that its members are encountering financial difficulties following the cessation of their activity since August 1, 2023.
