Tunisia-Reasons behind the dismissal of Interior Minister Taoufik Charfeddine

Sources close to the government presidency told Tunisie Numérique that the dismissal of Interior Minister Taoufik Charfeddine follows his attempts to substitute some high-ranking officials, including district and department heads.

According to the statement issued by the presidency of the government, it is Hichem Mechichi himself who will take over the interim, consequently combining the post of prime minister  and that of Minister of the Interior
