President of the Republic, Kais Saïed called for the necessity to speed up the implementation of projects blocked in the different regions, the execution of which has dragged on for years.
On Wednesday, February 14, 2024, Saïed examined with Prime Minister Ahmed Hachani the reasons for the non-execution of major blocked projects.
“It is a bureaucracy, failing and tedious, sick of its procedures as well as corruption(….) The non-execution of blocked projects is usually the result of corrupt lobbying, which considers the implementation of these projects as a serious threat to their interests.”
