Secretary of state for foreign affairs Mohamed Ali Nafti received on Tuesday Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador in Tunis Yahya Ben Moussa Al Bekri.
The meeting addressed the distinguished and excellent historical relationship between the two brotherly countries and the keenness of Tunisia and the Sultanate to additionally strengthen and enhance these relations at various levels.
Mr Nafti praised the existing opportunities available to boost economic cooperation and mutual investments in light of structural amelioration in both countries. He also commended the level of educational and technical cooperation, emphasising the importance of working on further strengthening and expanding areas of this cooperation.
On his part, the Omani ambassador communicated his country’s keenness to secure a qualitative leap that would facilitate further development of cooperation relations between the two brotherly countries and uplift them in various fields, especially in the economic and investment fields.
