The regional health director in Sfax, Hatem Cherif, told Tunisie Numérique today that a man passed away yesterday following a falling tree branch.
Our speaker clarified that the incident took place at a distance of 3 meters from the exterior door of the hospital. He also asserted that the Minister of Health, Ali Mrabet, ordered the opening of an inquiry into this matter.
“According to preliminary data, the deceased died instantly,” he said while offering his condolences to the victim’s family.
