Certainly, Decree 29 of June 10 was published to optimize sentences and in the light of the COVID-19 health crisis, according to Mr Shaba.
The legislator has activated this project in order to be able to monitor prisoners remotely. Indeed, his movements will be limited within a well-defined geographical area where he can move, work, study, etc.
