The Union of Basic Education (Kasserine section) appointed Substitute teachers at Ouadi Rachh elementary shcool to replace teachers who passed away in Boulaaba road accident.
Five female school teachers were killed when their car collided with a semi-trailer on National Road No. 17 between Boulaaba and the city of Kasserine on Tuesday afternoon.
