Tunisia – Tension rises at Charles Nicolle Hospital after citizen injured by a customs agent’s ball

During a control operation of a vehicle suspected of carrying smuggling goods, in the Passage district and while some individuals were attempting to oppose this seizure, a customs guard agent fired two bullets of his service weapon, injuring severely, as a result, the owner of the goods who had to be hospitalized in an emergency at the Charles Nicolle hospital.

His friends and members of his family later assembled in the hospital, and tension quickly rose, when they began to condemn the deliberate act of this customs officer.
