Tunisia-The ISIE and Ministry of the Interior hold a working session to discuss preparations for next elections

A working session has been conducted between an official delegation from the Independent High Authority for the Elections (ISIE), led by its president Nabil Baffoun and senior security officials in the interior ministry headquarters.

According to the ISIE electoral agenda, the legislative elections will occur the following October 6, while the date of the second round of the presidential election is yet to be determined.

The ISIE has tentatively proposed three potential dates for the second round of the presidential elections, the possible dates are 29 September, 6 or 13 October 2019.
