Tunisia-Today, last meeting between government and the UGTT to avoid strike

In an interview with National Radio today, Minister of Employment and Government Spokesman Nasreddine Nsibi stated the government plans to schedule a meeting with the UGTT to avoid the general strike tomorrow, June 16th.
 
According to him, the government pledges a meeting that is transparent, credible and far from false promises. The official added that the meeting will take into respect the specificity of the socio-economic situation in the country.
