Tunisia received f the third batch of 158,400 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine, as part of the global COVAX initiative.
The delivery ceremony was supervised by the head of the National Committee for Vaccination, Dr Hechmi Louzir, in the presence of a representative of the Tunis office of the World Health Organization and a representative of the United Nations Children’s Fund in Tunis (Unicef).
