The United States lately granted a load of medical and protective equipment to Tunisia to assist the country to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
The donation, presented Friday to the Department of National Defense, includes a barrier and surgical masks, visors, insulated medical gowns, gloves and medical instruments for disinfection and resuscitation, disinfectants and remote temperature measurement devices.
The delivery service was attended by U.S. ambassador in Tunis, Donald Blome, and Director-General of military health, Colonel Major Mustapha Ferjani.
