The executive office of the UGTT voiced its rejection of any adventure that could target the unity of Tunisia through the composition of parallel foreign entities aimed at deepening the crisis and inciting split and confrontation. In the same vein, it remarked on the series of fires that recently ravaged the nation, calling on the Ministry of the Interior to reassure public opinion and divulge the truth about these fires to the people.
According to the same source, the UGTT denies a formal, conditioned and inefficient dialogue which tends to marginalize socio-political forces.
